My partnership with COMPEX®, that will support me during this season, has just started! A few days ago, I have met Freddy Romano MD, Head of Department of Biomechanical Analysis. He’s one of the COMPEX® Scientific Consultant and together we have researched in theory and in practice as the electrostimulation optimizes my strength and muscular contractions during my trainings and races, helping me to recover faster and avoid injury and treating pain.
I’m very happy to start this partnership and I’m totally sure that it will be an important tool also for the recovery time, that represent the main step for all triathletes. So.. Stay Tuned! In the next few months I will tell you the details about my use of Compex SP 8.0!
